Kitchen Remodel Electrical Wiring
A kitchen remodel is the most electrically intensive room in the house. New circuits required by current code for kitchen remodels: two small appliance circuits for counter outlets, a dedicated circuit for the refrigerator, a dedicated circuit for the dishwasher, and a dedicated circuit for the microwave if built-in. If the range is converting from gas to electric, a new 50-amp, 240V circuit is required. Under-cabinet lighting and island outlets add to the scope.
We rough in all kitchen circuits while walls are open and return for device installation after countertops and cabinets are in.
Bathroom Addition and Remodel Wiring
Bathroom wiring requirements include GFCI protection on all outlets, a dedicated circuit for the exhaust fan, and a circuit for any heated floor or towel warmer. Vanity lighting, shower lighting, and any steam shower or jetted tub circuits are sized specifically for the equipment being installed.
Garage Conversion and Workshop Wiring
Converting a garage to living space or a workshop requires new circuits appropriate for the use. A home office conversion needs data conduit and dedicated circuits for electronics. A workshop needs 240V circuits for tools and often a subpanel to avoid running multiple long circuits from the main panel.

New room additions require new circuits run from the main panel — or from a subpanel if the addition is far from the main panel and adding multiple circuits. We assess panel capacity before the addition starts so there are no surprises when the new circuits need to be connected.
